How to Get Cash Back Rewards with One Flat Fee Realty
When you purchase your home with a One Flat Fee agent, you will receive 25% or 50% of the agent’s commission earned upon closing. This means if a home buyer purchases a home or property for $650,000, the agent would typically be paid $9,545, leaving you with either $4,772.50 (50%) or $2,386.25 (25%) depending on how you find your home. You receive the cheque when you take possession of your home.
