Flat Fee Services

Due to the clarification in the real estate industry, the rules have been rewritten.  These amendments have given the consumer the option to choose the level of services they want from the REALTOR®.  Our real estate office has three packages that may suite your needs.

Package 1:  Known as our For Sale By Owner – For as little as 499.00 we will place your listing on the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver MLS system ( By syndicating your property to the largest platform available online ), while you sell your home your way.

Package 2: We For  a flat fee of 849.00 we perform all the duties in Package 1, on top of this we mange all your appointments, your still will have the ability to negotiate the price of your home.

Package 3: This is our full REALTOR® service –  We take the hassle of managing, showing, and negotiating the sell of your home.
