These amendments have given the consumer the option to select the level of service they need from the REALTOR® All of our packages include having your listing being placed on the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s MLS® System. This is critical if you want to have Realtors® show your property or else you are eliminating 75% of the buyers.
Package 1:

* Package 1, you manage your appointments, showing and negotiate your way. ( we are always there to help if the need arises)
Package 2:
Our Package 2 includes Managing Your appointments yet you are the primary negotiator

- Create customized Facebook page for your property
- Co-operative Communications with your Notary or Lawyer to complete the Conveyance

- Manage your appointments*
* Package two (Partial – Sell By owner Package) We manage phone calls and appointments. You negotiate and close deals.
Package 3:
A Full service MLS® listing package with one flat fee. This is the package for you if you don’t want any hassles and want us to manage everything for you. This is the traditional way of selling homes for sale, property for sale or real estate listings.
Now for the real good news…When you use us to buy your next property, we will reimburse you 50% of $3,499.
By syndicating your property to the largest platform available online, we provide maximum exposure for your home.
